Deposit Payment: A 10% deposit is required for brand new hot tubs and a 50% deposit is required for part exchange hot tubs.
Refunds After Site Visit: If, after a site visit to your property, we determine that the hot tub cannot fit into your garden or that a crane is required but is outside your budget, and all parties agree that delivery is not feasible, we will refund the deposit paid.
Cancellation After Site Visit: If you choose to cancel the order after the site visit has been successfully completed and it has been agreed that delivery will proceed, the deposit will become non-refundable.
If you are unsatisfied with any shop products, including chemicals, filters, accessories, or other items, as long as they are still sealed and unused, we offer a full refund.
Online Orders: If you have purchased products online and wish to return them, you will need to ship the product back at your own cost. Please ensure the items are returned in their original, unused condition for a full refund.
